The Scooter Ninja Strikes!
Cool video. At least at that cruise you can move down the road. The Woodward cruise and Back to The Bricks in Flint, MI. all you do is sit there and overheat.

The GN was just barely touching the throttle of course. It didn't come across on video, but it sounded sweet with the turbo just spooling a little.
The LED will only flicker at low idle. Any time it's 2000RPM or above it's steady to the human eye but I guess the frame rate of video picks up a flicker above that. There's so much difference in the LED and 55W incandescent power draw. If I switch from the LED to incandescent the RPM drops 1000RPM, which is why my idle sounds high.

Glad you made it! Shame a screamer Peace Piped stroker 2T couldn't have made it with the extra torque but glad you made it non the less. Looked fun! Ide love to cruise Snoopy up and down the strip a few times just for the "WTF,s and "Holy Shits". That and it,d give some of those cars a real hard time Cops prolly wouldn't like it much tho?

I was actually thinking while riding around that I'd like to see Skeedr out there since it's slightly less obvious that its' a race scoot. I have thought about taking T1 in the past, but I've just never trusted it for the 7 hours of straight riding and loading it in the truck kills part of the experience. I'm too heavy for any of my scoots to be any competition to most cars there even in the first 40MPH if they really try anyway. I've never left one red light expecting to beat anyone, I'm just having fun and hoping someone will hit it not letting the scooter get away. I'm sure some of the people there think I believe I'm gonna beat someone. Plenty of people laughed at me. Some blonde hung out a window of a truck to laugh loudly at me. Don't care. Thinking back, I should have challenged them to a race from one end of OC to the other. I'd be at the opposite end while they were 1/4 way through because I don't have traffic for the most part so I guess in a way I was faster than all of the cars there. lol Cops prolly wouldn't like it much tho? Skeedr would prob be OK if you mind your manners around the popo. There are straight up race cars on the street down there, so they have plenty to do and aren't always so bad about every detail. Snoopy I think they'd pull over thinking it was a drag bike or just not knowing what the hell it is.

I know you weren't really trying to "race" but it,d be nice to offer one up. I know for a fact you have left many at a light thinking "dang!" with more than one of your scooters. This one is pretty stout for what it is really. Just no race car Ide love to cruise the cruise on just about anything really. Looked FUN!

Oh I left a lot of lights on the Venus with the wheel just barely off the ground or really light and surprised myself and some cars. That thing was perfect for in town blasts. I should have added a few cc with a stroker crank and stuck the OR on that.

Funny. Some years ago I was on my Vento Zip and took a girl from a dude in a Z06 vette.

Ide get a ticket probably. And a flat from all the burnouts on Skeedr.. Now you got my head on rolling burnouts across those intersections. Bet that stops the laughin and starts the "damn! WTF is in that scooter?".. Used to hear it from the car guys at the track after a good pass. Never forget the time an older gentleman and what looked like his son walk all the way across the field to my pit area. I saw them coming and thought "wonder who/what we did to piss these guys off? here we go!".. As they got closer I could see them staring at Skeedr and one of John,s amazing Peace Pipes. They got up to and said it was a cool scoot. Asked what my 60ft ET was? I told them "1.4 or .6 (best ever was on a test pass. those stay off the books but I have the slip) was my best and yep, heres the slip" They looked at it and the younger one nudged the older guy on the elbow and said "see! I told you it was under 2 seconds!" Then they both looked at me and kept asking about the scooter. Made my day man! When we first started running there the car guys didn't like it much. It was nice to get their respect after they noticed a scooter capable of running with or beating allot of the cars that run there. Sorry, I got so off topic . It,d just be so fun to put a fan on and a taller rear tire, maybe a head gasket and just cruise that badboy around for awhile.
