I think with what you were doing there you were loading it up. Mine will do the same thing pulling into the garage if I'm on and off the throttle. Does it hang up if your actually riding and stop say at a light?

Yeah or say if I'm going down my drive way it's has a slight slope at front of driveway I t will do it there too and at a stop sign or stop light or even going down a hill and if I let off the trottle it will still hang I even try to rev it loose too get it too calm down but it takes 5 -10 seconds,I'm about 2 1\2 turns out on the af screw if I screw it in anymore she wants too stall, I'm running stock air box with the restrictions removed too let more air in these things are so touchy first I thought my seat bottom was hitting throttle cable but that isn't it,my needle has 5 groves on it I'm on the 3rd slot up from the bottom!!!

You should be able to twist the throttle and let go of it and hear the slide hit.

Scoot is running good now, actually better then ever running the 85 m.j and the needle is on 2 slot down from top of needle thanks for all the advice, also where can I buy final gears was thinking about getting taller ones and I'm running red clutch springs now I ordered the yellow 1500 rpm what torque spring should I use in conjunction with the yellow 1500 rpm springs? Also do those torque springs cups with the ball bearings give you better/smoother shifting and are they available in the u.s???

Check partsforscooters.com for the spring base. A 1k contra should work for you but you may need to adjust roller weight. Not sure about the gears. What motor is it?

Its the morini engine I also cut out slots up high on the cvt cover to ventilate the clutch and variator I noticed a little improvement while riding for long periods of time

I think MRP carries a good bit of parts for the TGB Morinis. The bal bearing bases do seem to smooth things out a bit, but some don't seal well on the torque driver and sling grease. If you find one make sure it looks like it matches up to your current setup in the sealing area if you can. For example some are tapered at the base when they need to be straight down to interact with stock seals properly.

Doubt it. The Morini pulley I have is has a larger diameter TD than my Minarelli stuff.
Not sure if MRP is in business for sure but their site is still up and some of their dealer sites are still up.

So I ordeded the mrp variator and I can't find anywhere that tells me what size weights it take, like 16x13 or 17x12 also trying too get a 1500 rpm torque spring too go with my 1500 rpm clutch springs,I don't think any weights come with the variator at all I think its just the bushing and face drive if I'm not mistaken
