i am having a problem with my scooter bogging at take off it really struggles for for a quite few seconds before taking off it only happens after it has been driven 4 or 5 miles and it is warmed up, does not happen first few miles . when it bogs down it takes about 20 seconds before it kicks in and takes off and runs fine all the way to full throttle. i just recently replaced ring on the bbk kit i installed last year i also replaced the open air filter that was on with the stock air box, this was done before this started happening could it be the air box is to restrictive, but i thought that it would do it all the time when i replaced the ring i used all new gaskets and re-torqued everything after warming up doesn't seem like any leaks and compression seems fine, the variator is fairly new only around 400 miles the belt has less than that on it, the clutch is the original not sure what a clutch slipping on scooter would cause the same symptom

I would check the clutch out first. Could be that the springs are worn out and fade too much once hot. If the clutch slipped it wouldn't sound like a bog, but would rev higher than usual.

If you just slow down you prob aren't even making the clutch work. Once you're moving a little the clutch is usually engaged and won't disengage till you're pretty much stopped. That makes it sound even more like a clutch issue. If it were a mixture/restriction issue it should perform poorly under more than just these specific conditions.
I think it's time to pull the CVT cover off and first see if the belt appears to be in a normal position. If so, I'd look at the clutch and probably plan on replacing the clutch springs. Since you've taken care of the belt and variator it wouldn't be a bad idea to clean and re-grease the torque driver as well.

Check the width of they old belt to the new belt. Mite be the new belt is wider and when the variator heats up the belt mite not be going all the way back down. You can try your old belt to see if it corrects the problem.

My PDS bearing got quite loud and it never really did anything to performance. It should be replaced, but if it's doesn't feel like there's additional drag then it's probably not the cause.

Long case should use a 6203 bearing. If you search the bearing number instead of looking for it by description etc... you should see plenty of options. I would suggest going with a non-Chinese brand... SKF, NTN, Nachi, FAG, and so on.
