The 2 plugs that connect into the brake handle, are they supposed to be oily? There very lubricated and when i wipe them off and plug them in again they come out oily again.

No. Sounds like brake fluid was spilled on them or there's a leak. I've seen a couple scoots have the sight glass(plastic) on the master cylinder corrode and crack.

Didnt see any cracks or leaking from the brake fluid. Supposed to be getting the starter relay sometime this week. Thanks for all your help everyone, its much appreciated.

So I bought a new starter relay, electric start works again now also found a new speedometer gauge and with some investigation I found out my Speedo cable is broke. Back to the store I go in a few days. Also my oil light is also on, but oil tank is full. How do I troubleshoot this problem?

I'd expect it to be a sender issue. Here is what a service manual says about the oil level switch : "Check the oil level switch for continuity between the lead wires. If the tester does not show the value of 1 ohm when the switch ring is in bottom position, file the contact surface or replace the unit."
