As long as it's jetted rich enough you can run it with a long header, but it is gonna be LOUD and you'll probably run just as well or better with a stock pipe that's not clogged. Much worse than running the 4Ts with a straight pipe. I ran mine with just a header once and my right ear was dull and rang for a couple of days after a 20 mile ride. If the exhaust is old, it could be clogged up from use. Possibly de-coking it would work. It won't necessarily since it could also be a baffle or some metal bit loose and blocking off air passage. www.visordown.com/forum/workshop/decoking-exhaust/72922.html Here is some info on bleeding and adjusting the oil pump. 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/3151/avoiding-soft-seize-pump-adjustment

Thank you for the links but the oil pump I have does not have a cable leading to it. It looks more like some of the after market ones that have plates to change the oil mix level. But it did help me find the bleed screw on it. I seen in a utube video that the person said he used a saringe to draw the oil up to the carb. As for the muffler, I am just going to order a new stock exhaust and put it on. Back to waiting on the ups man. Lol Thanks for your advice.

You can just loosen the bleeder and let gravity pull the oil through and push the air out.

Thanks I have done that but it is nice to have you take the time to post. After going to the link up in the thread I found and let the air out.

Ok got my muffler in put it on. It started like a charm. Road it around a bit, then it warmed up trying to take off fell on its nose. Had to turn the idle air fuel mix down a lot more than I thought I would. Then idled it up some. Take off great but now if I drive under 25 mph it acts like hey give me more gas go faster. When I started to ride at 30 mph it smooth off better but still sounds like it wants to go faster.
It may be from the fact I put some oil in the gas because I was afraid the oil pump would take a bit to be fully working.
Not sure if it is the 70cc kit or just that the old setup was in worst shape than I thought. I feel like it wants to just run and can hear how much harder it is hitting. At one stop sigh I did not stop dead and turned to almost full throdle to see how it would do, well just as the clutch fully ingaged it letter the front wheel and away it went lol.
Again thanks to all comments that me fix this.
