wait 125 is low? What should it have been? I thought that 125 is almost perfect.

Did you check compression with the throttle wide open? It depends on what you are running for base and head gaskets. 125 can be okay but I usually like to see 145+. I'm not familiar with your cylinder though. The last stock iron cylinder I tested with 5k miles was 145-155 iirc and my aluminum MKII is 155. If it's running at 95% then it's probably fine. You could hone it yourself and put rings on it or just get the carb dialed in and go from there.

Yes, completely wide open. I use an Iron cylinder and aluminum piston malossi 70cc. Base and head gasket are stock: ring rubber and paper
How do I hone one myself? is it one of those flex brushes?
If I hone it, won't I need bigger piston? Because I was told there is no piston that'll fit =\
