Does it say 37mph or is it GPS? If the speedo says 37 it is prolly still restricted in some way. if on GPS it hits 37 that might just be as fast as the scoot can carry you

My friend was riding besides me, he said it's 60kph, and he's speedo lies about 5kph so 55kph. But what about the weird sound? tommorow i will capture a video and post it here, maybe it says more.

I have not seen a restricted CDI since the 2004-2005 models of Scoots. The only noise I hear in the vid is a slight main bearing 'whir' sound at idle. The sound from your free flow air filter seems to mask any other odd sounds in your vid. A bearing noise on the centerstand will be less noticeable than when driving...because when driving you are putting a load on that bearing. Not assuring you that it is bearing noise...but that slight 'whir' sound at idle is a very familiar bearing sound.. Just my Glenn

it may be the broken exhaust, that's messing with your ears, fixed by now, maybe will make another vid tommorow.
