tomos80cc: and does it matter if i delete the egr valve? Because on my bike the big bore kit got installed doesnt have a egr hole for the pipe to connect to from the valve cover its just flat metal. and its disconnected. so i am gonna take of the vacuum line to it Jun 9, 2013 7:47:02 GMT -5
tomos80cc: remove the canister and the hosses will that be ok? Jun 9, 2013 7:47:13 GMT -5
90GTVert: You can remove that emissions junk and just plug the port so you don't have a vacuum leak. Cleans up the scoot a bit too so it's easier to work on. Jun 9, 2013 10:13:45 GMT -5
tomos80cc: i just removed all the egr tubing and emmisions, so now i only have 1 vacuum hose going to the petcock. runs allot better without that plastic T the T was to split the vacuum for the petcock and the egr so sence i took out the egr, i removed T and theres Jun 9, 2013 13:54:36 GMT -5
tomos80cc: only 1 vacuum hose as i said that goes to the petcock. Do you think sence that it is direct from manifold to petcock and its not split to the egr that it will get better vacuum pull witch will increase the gass pull? cause it was just hooked up to the Jun 9, 2013 13:55:51 GMT -5
tomos80cc: canistor that wasnt even hooked up to the valve cover so i took it out Jun 9, 2013 13:56:03 GMT -5
tomos80cc: ok well i took the canister all the extra vacuum lines took of the 3 way T and hooked the vacuum to the petcock only so it runs better i think Jun 9, 2013 14:46:19 GMT -5

damedash78: where can i buy just the needle for a carb? Jun 17, 2013 20:08:26 GMT -5
90GTVert: For the stock 4T carb, not sure. Someone else here tried to buy a replacement needle and it was the wrong size, so if you find one see if you can get measurements to compare. Parts For Scooters has one #151-181, that they say is 38.5mm long. No other specs Jun 18, 2013 12:06:00 GMT -5
