Scooter should have an emission plate similar to this . . . Initially change engine oil frequently to flush out the metallic glitter . . Walmart Super Tech 15W-40 works fine. Representative image of oil strainer screen over inlet port to oil pump. 139QMB maintenance videos. Keep tires inflated to around 30PSI. Speculating you may already regret NOT selecting a 150cc scooter, and are researching big-bore-kits?

Try using battery booster cables to jump the scooter battery from another vehicle, while that engine is turned off. The internal plates in your present battery may have degraded to the point of NOT providing sufficient cranking volts.

Which aspect? If referring to energizing the electric starter . . battery connection, fuse, handlebar switch, relay, starter motor connections? Is the kick-start lever not functional? Have you connected a multi-meter to the battery and observed cranking and charging volts?
