When my gas shock gets here, itll be at its proper height. i want it raised an inch or two. Id like the ankle biter to sit level with the ground.

12x6 140/70. Theres a substantial lip on that rim. Same tire size I'm running, but 7" rim - could not find a narrower wheel. 1 inch sure looks to make a big difference. Big lip too, that must be "fun" to mount! See i looked for a long time for a 7inch rim but i couldn’t find one with the offset i wanted, lol. it was very “fun” so “fun” infact that i never want to do it again.

I got impatient and put the old harness in. Avon Stryke Viper whatever 140/70 12 on a 12x6 3+3 (0 offset) The alignment is laughable, im not even gonna show a picture. Thats easy enough to fix. Thoughts on the seat, flat, angled, forward, back?

I bought what I think is all I need to make the motor run. Ignition coil, voltage regulator, cdi, starter solenoid all for a 150cc gy6 engine. Im brainstorming how best to make my own harness. Everthing for the engine, exept the ignition coil will hide in this battery tray under the seat. Lights and signals will be powered by relays in the tray. I will need to find 150cc engine harness connector for the cdi. I will not be half assing the connections here. I want everything top notch. Quality new wire, soldered and heat shrunk terminations, no electrical tape or butt connectors. Input on the harness layout is most welcome. Especially the controls, I want it to be concise, functional and look clean. The last time I did this, it didnt look so good. Laying out the wiring.

I'm sorry for your loss. Though, I like that color. Is that Tiffany blue?

People around here just dont stretch tires. Michigan has some of the worst roads, i guess i dont blame shops for not knowing how to “hellaflush” lol Im gonna try the areosol method to seat the bead. A coworker said hes done it before, and hes willing to help. I finished the motor mount and im gonna mock that up on the frame today.
