If your looking at the 2fast kits have a look at the lmr 70cc kit, the LMR kits are about the most powerful kits you can buy.

Hi, so recently i bought my second aprilia sr50 r with malossi 70cc kit. The crankshaft was damaged so i decided to re buld it from scratch with new parts. I have installed new 50cc piaggio kit, new piaggio crankshaft with bearings and seals. However when i tried to start it the bike seems like doesnt get enough fuel in the carbuerator ( previously runed fine with the same dellorto 17.5) Bike has good compresion, good spark ignition but no fuel. Can someone help me? Try spraying fuel into carb if it runs better, then sounds like a fuel problme but if its running at least you can find the problme

Before I jump on V1 of this Jog, here are some other scoots I built and owned over the years. Sleeper 2Fast 100cc Yamaha Zuma This is the last plated scooter I used on the street. We even brought it to Florida during the cold winter to ride with friends ! Look as stock as possible, with a hot rod motor ! 1/8 mile in 8.66 seconds. Engine was similar to the one in the Jog, but it's not the same. 2Fast 100cc on Zuma cases with custom spacing plate for 47mm stroke PVL ignition, so every light converted to LED 34mm carb Air filter under the seat. The sound of it was soooo nice. Belt driven mechanical waterpump Dual radiator setup Koso RX1N speedometer 220mm front brake disc Windshield and Top case, because why not. It was a blast I'm doing the same with my sr factory will only have holes for air to run through plastics other than pipe will look standard from 20m lol won't sound stock but lol

The Build section on this forum is pretty active, so here I am creating an account to keep you posted about this little dragster. I figured you would probably enjoy it. This is for drag only, all it sees is 1/8 and 1/4 mile a few times a year. The brainstorming, parts sourcing and building are as fun as the race days. The Goal Fastest and Quickest scooter I can build. Needs to look like a scoot. No dragster frame. No chain drive. No literbikeengineswap. Push the limits of what is done with great details and high build quality. I've build quite a few scooters over the years, but since 2020 this is the only and last one. You can't nail everything the first time, I'm pro iterations. This is will be the third version of the same scooter. Until a fourth one next year... V1 : From vision to reality. Parts sourcing, frame building, engine assembly. Putting everything together. 1/8 : 7.69 @ 85.68 mph 1/4 : 12.45 @ 99.56 mph V2 : Upgrade a lot of parts, mostly on the frame/cycle. Engine stayed the same. 1/8 : 7.53 @ 86.77 mph 1/4 : 12.32 @ 98.14 mph 0-100km/h (0-62mph) : 3.80 seconds (Dragy GPS) V3 : Engine upgrade ! From 2Fast 100cc on Minarelli cases to Ottopuntouno CNC cases, 100cc Otto and everything impacted by that decision. I'm not alone, I'm building this with a close friend of mine. Brainstorming gives strange, but awesome ideas ! I also have great support from 2 shops that are near and dear to my heart and with whom I have great relationship : scootertuning.ca and secretimport.tv Great to see others building high end motors, im in the process of building a lmr 115cc, but I also just bought a gt 750cc lc triple 2t not sure what I'll put it into but should be a lot of fun, were I live they just finished building a superbike class race track so im hoping to get back into raceing as well

Changing pipe and carb will make a diffrence in power, but you will be limited to what power the 50cc can make. Tuning your cvt would help top speed and take off. There's only so much you can do to a stock 50cc motor. To really get better performance you need to go to a 70cc kit then you will need a pipe and carb and cvt set up to suit. It is a 125cc chinese mini scooter, I don't think there is the upgrade kit for it, anyway, does the performance air filter and the aftermarket exhaust help ? A pipe will help and if you run a pod type filter you will need to move the clip down on the needle in carb may even need 1 size up on main but see how it goes to begin with, go from there usually a pipe and pod filter will need some adjustment in carb

Hello, Can I gain some power on a chinese scooter with a tiny engine just by replacing the intake and exhaust ? Changing pipe and carb will make a diffrence in power, but you will be limited to what power the 50cc can make. Tuning your cvt would help top speed and take off. There's only so much you can do to a stock 50cc motor. To really get better performance you need to go to a 70cc kit then you will need a pipe and carb and cvt set up to suit.

Wasn't an issue of the titanium bolt snapping, it actually stripped when I was pulling it out, 2 of the 4 that is. I used titanium bolts because on my 70cc the S6 bolts snapped on a ride so I used titanium on it and they've held ever since. But I've not had to tear it down again so who knows if they'll strip. But if you've ever tried to drill and extract a titanium bolt it's a pain in the ass. But hopefully I'll have a leak free system after this! I only went the couple miles and noticed the leak but it manages to put a nice burn on the exhaust side of the piston that quick. I've done the same thing with standard bolts, on rc-one cases so I ended up getting the flange and intake done in helia coils, I use a anti seze grease sorry I can't rember what's the proper name but it does help on motors that heat up and cool down a lot and helps thread crosion. Glad you got it sorted out, I was livid when I snaped a bolt in intake it broke in 2 places and being new cases I took to my machineiet to heli coil all the bolt holes

The stock mirrors that came with my Vitacci Clash aren't bad, but aren't great. They are good construction and easy to mount with the 10mm threaded slots. They also offer a large viewing area. There are some glaring issues with them, however. 1) There's no tension adjustment for the mirror swivel which often allows them to shift from the desired position. 2) They are not convexed. 3) There's no adjustment privot on the arms and they don't stick out far enough, thus 1/3 of the reflection is of my shoulders. I'm looking for a good set of mirrors that either stick out further or are adjustable in that regard. My other challenge is that I'm on a tight budget. I've done some searching but have seen mixed reviews on several of the mirrors I thought would work. I've attached a photo of one set I am considering. Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated. ive gone to the stage6 f1 style has good ajustable at mirrow base comes with a tool to ajust there around $50aud each

Fun update to this build. I've had it parked and torn down now since this last post because shortly after I went for about a 3 mile ride that resulted in an exhaust side leak between either the cylinder and plate or plate and case. I removed the cylinder and when trying to pull the adapter plate off and 2 of the fancy titanium bolts I used stripped. So I've spent the last few weeks accumulating a reverse drill kit that wouldn't snap or burn up immediately on the titanium. Finally got them out and I think the issue was actually the exhaust flange being a bit too big for the adapter plate causing it to not seal properly. And in the process of removing the cylinder all of the bolts to the studs stripped as well. So all in all I've had a hell of a time with the S6 hardware on this kit. I had similar issues with the 70cc kit but they broke due to vibrations not being taken off and put on. But good news I got cool new bars and a bar clamp that looks way better than the stock setup and I should have this thing back on the street in a day or two to see what else I can break! Wow ive never hurd of titanium bolts snapping, im not a fan of the stage6 motor parts, I like there breaks and eletrics gages that's sort of stuff, ive had trouble with there mk2 race barrels and there pistons, the ring pin on piston is pushed to far in, fails a lot and let ring spin around piston. Not good, but a lot of people swear buy them. My new bike has full down hill bar set up

I'm almost done! I have all the bolts cut , found out that I was originally correct thinking that the top case bolt was too far off center to fit on the stator plate. so I t s gunna be the three on the bottom, and I already have the pilot holes drilled on the plate , even finished one of em! so I'm soo close! still have to file flat two of the spacers and add washer to one ,(lockwasher prbly) . I never would of thought I'd get th I s close and here I am thanks yalll Nice work, people don't relise installing digital ignition isn't a simple as it sounds, well it is except for the base plate

I managed to say no to a dead scooter. That's a first. I then noticed it was an old one of mine.
I had to stop myself from buying scooters like this too, to much work and when you have 3 already to work on sooner or later you have to start saying no.
