I musta read that all wrong the first time or something? Sorry.... No it was me I changed my previous post. I stated it went to the switch but I went back in and changed it to brake switch. I am looking at the schematics and it is a little hard to follow the lines to where they exactly end up. Thanks for the advice on the tap in. I went to Radio Shak at lunch time and picked some up.

Yay, I'm not crazy! lol Let us know how it turns out or if you need any more help. BTW, you might wanna skip sealing any connections with tape or silicone until you've tested them. Just be sure they can't touch anything and short while you check 'em.

I have a new idea. Look at the photo of my new saddle bags. You can see the galvanized metal plate I used to secure the bags. It is like an 1/8" thick! It is heavy and solid. It also sticks out rear wards. I was going to cut it off and then I thought: "Hey. I can link the two side plates I added with a bridge, making a platform. I have kept a trunk from a scooter and think I can paint it black and bolt it to a platform. It is a nice enough trunk, quick remove type. Uploaded with ImageShack.us

If you have not got the wires figured out yet, something like this will make it pretty easy.

Looks ugly with the saddle bags off but the whole thing will be 95% covered up by the tbags and the trunk. It is solid like the rock of Gibraltor. It should be it is some thick steel.

Tonight I have cut out the "deck" for the support of the trunk and attached it.
