Thanks guys. It was a really simple idea and the epoxying of the rubber hit me at the last second. I thought it was too much green in one area and was looking at the tore up mat and BAM! It hit me. Cut out the pieces and glue (I used a 2 part epoxy)them on. Nice and two toned and not overwhelming.

Well haven't been on the last few days as I was hit by a Hit-n-Run driver a few days ago. Messed up my back and my knee pretty good. I can hardly walk let alone ride. Went to K-Mart to get some caulking to put in my swamp cooler on Thursday. As I was leaving the guy in front of me was in the left turn lane and I would went in the right lane. Waited for the older gentleman to cross in the cross walk and went on my way. Just then this A-hole decided to change his mind and turned right right into me. As I put my foot down during the impact he ran my foot over twisting my knee and throwing me back into the side of his car with the scooter slamming into me and the car. It was a Clank sandwich which tastes awful IMO. He then proceeded to drive away at a high rate of speed and I was unable to catch him. And no license plate number as it happened to fast and I was attempting not to go completely under his car rather than record what just hit me. No police report as it's pointless where I live. The cops would be pissed off about something pretty as a hit n run that they would make things up to put me at fault. Don't believe? Come visit Nevada and try to leave without at least one ticket. As the saying goes come on vacation leave on probation if you get to leave...  |

Oh and almost forgot today was supposed to be sunny and 64° but instead I woke up to 18" of snow from a freak storm. Gotta luv Nevada. Donner Party ring a bell?

Hope you heal well I was once in a hit in run in my car. The guys hit me and ran. 3 days later i saw him and he was wrapped around a poll. so he was caught for the hit and run and DWI need less to say instant justice and i even got my car fixed and some go fast parts.. Dont worry clank just remember the universe tends to unravel itself.
