It looks like blue is running and red is turn signal (replaced by brake light) EDIT: Actually it looks like according to their instructions they suggest just leaving the running part off I'd say it's your call.

What they're saying is, if you use these as only a turn signal you don't connect the blue wire that is the lower intensity light. You'd be using them as running lights that double as turn signals, so you'd still connect the blue running light wire to ignition switched or headlight switched power, then the turn signal + wires for each side would go to the red, and black to ground. If you'd prefer them as a brake light, then tap into the + power for your brake light and hood that to the red instead of the turn signal +. It will be easy to see what's what once you get them, and I'd test before any installation. Hook the black to your batt negative terminal and then you can touch each of the others to the batt + terminal to verify that they function as the listing states.

Okay I got it all hooked up and the right running light is not working but the turn signal is. The left works on running and turn signal.

did you check your connections? Are the blue wires on each hooked up to the same wire?

Have the wiring the same on both, RED to left and right turn signal, BLACK to ground and BLUE not connected but the left works fine but the right only works when the turn signals on!

Well you want the blue wires for running lights and the red wires for brake lights. That is an odd problem take a pic of the wiring setup for the lights. It seems like you have a loose connection for the running light on the right side. How are you wanting the lights to work? as running and turn signals? Or brake running and turn?

I'm kinda lost as to why the left side is lighting up when there's no turn signal on with how you said it's connected. The right side seems like what should happen in my mind. If you are just hooking up power from the turn signal wires, then there should be no light on unless the turn signal is on and it's pulsing... just like your regular turn signals. I can see in the beginning of the vid that the stock signal is not getting power as a running light, so there's no reason either of those should if all you have connected is ground and + from turn signals. I would think if you want full time running lights you should have them connected as they are now, but with blue connected to ignition or headlight switched power (as your tail light is).

This should be for full time dim running lights with bright flashing turn signals.
