I would say +6.5mm and +7mm valves should make a difference. I'm thinking you'd need a bigger cam and carburetor to see the full potential of that. Maybe a 28mm to match up to the intake valve? THe bad part is that big carbs eat gas. I dropped probably 20MPG by going from 19mm to 25mm. You'd only be going from 24 to 28, but I'd have to think your mileage will still drop. The carb could be done easily later though. Since I know how you are about buying parts compulsively, if you do get a carb remember that it may need a different throttle cable depending what you get. Another CV carb should be fine with the cable, but if you switch to the standard flat or round slide carbs they usually use a smaller barrel of the carb end and different/no threads like the stocker prob has.

Oh, didn't know about the cam or forgot. Shoulda got an A8-9 I woulda thought. I dunno much about the 150s, but I thought the A10 was considered a torque cam.
I don't think you need the carb, so no worries. Just saying I would guess you'd pick up a little extra kick if you are willing to sacrifice some mileage. Smaller carbs do tend to have a nice throttle response though.

I'd think you'd wanna stick with the eBay head then. On top of having larger valves and probably ports, it will keep your compression higher I guess... unless it's for 63mm bore too.
