Awesome! Then you got the right kit coming your way. Man can't wait to see the result.

Well here it is. Scooterpartsco doesnt mess around this thing came quick. Now I gotta wait until I can walk again so I can pick up some tools from my box at work and grind away at this. The first thing I notice is that this variator uses huge roller weights, if I want more than what comes in the kit, what kind/ size do I order?

You need 19 X 15.5

Nice! And look at the amount of stickers. Each sticker gives you +1hp As spaz12 said you'll need 19x15.5 roller weights. My Polini Evo variator uses the same size.

Did you get any other springs when you bought this, or just what came with it? Those red springs require heavy rollers. I'd start off with a yellow spring.

I just got the kit (what it comes with) and nothing else. If it used original size springs, I have plenty laying around in Mina sizes and GY6 size as well.

Okay!! An update finally here!! I installed the OR today, or at least tried!! I clearanced everything to clear the belt and fit that HUGE rear torque driver in there. Everything fits nicely except one part, the clutch bell. The clutch bell hits the clutch and locks up the rear pulley if I try to tighten it. The kit came with a spacer that fits between the TD and the clutch bell, I used it but still doesn't fit. If I put anymore spacers on there I may not have enough threads to put the nut on there. Any help here from anyone that installed this on a prebug before?? I remember tsimi warning me about something like this

tsimi I have two sets one stock two shoe with stock bell and I also tried my Polini for race 3 shoe with the speed bell. The stocker is 105 and the Polini is a 107. Same results with either clutch/ bell combo. What was that link you sent me awhile ago for a spacer you suggested I get?... I thought it was in this thread but I guess not.
