Just so you know yamaha cases don't have as much metal as the clones. They get really thin when you go to cut them for the big cranks

I've spent the last couple hours reading this very entertaining thread. Almost cried a couple times (not really, but I felt your pain) because all of the things that have gone wrong. Don't know how many times I thought to myself, "this is the luckiest un-lucky mofo I've ever seen." 3 times seizing this like super expensive motor and it still ran! The crank. Twice! All the other crap. Yada yada. Yeah, it cost you a lot of money to fix er up but it could have been sooooo much worse. I commend you for your sheer tenacity and willpower to keep going when most people would have thrown in the towel ages ago. Even had people telling you to give up and you just kept going. You're a fvcking trooper bro! Make a mofo proud! The Marines would gladly accept you as one of their own!
But I could only image how many times you didn't get some from the wife because of that damn motor. Wow.
Anyway, damn fine job.
Oh, and if you need any info on the Aerox motor, I have one sitting.....oh, maybe ten feet away. I'll give you numbers, dimensions whatever. And I'm thinking that you could make your own adapter to mount the Aerox 50 wheel. It would have to be cheaper than a set of Aerox cases I would imagine.
