Ok. When you were done installing the BBK, did the mechanic do anything to the carb? With a BBK your air/fuel ratio will not be the same and you will need a bigger jet in your carb. The jet is located inside the bowl ( the lower part of the carb). If you did not do that, your engine is running with a lean mixture and that will very likely make it run at higher RPM. With a 100cc BBK you'll probably need something like a 90 or 95 main jet.

Way better with the flash on. So you need a bigger main jet. Your kit came with rollers and other stuff. Did it came with any jet?

Keep in mind, the carb that was installed came with the bigbore kit.. Im hoping that means I do not need a bigger jet in my carb and I was sent A carb that included it? hahaha Im hoping so anyway. If not, where do I get this bigger jet to install in my carb? Or do I need to purchase a different carb? ( I do have 3 separate carbs on hand but the one pictured on my scooter came with the bbk )

Anyways, I just got a call from the guy I hired and he should be here in about 2hrs and hes thinking my clutch may needed to be upgraded because of the new bbk... What do you think about that? Tell him to forget the clutch for now. He needs to get it to idle properly as priority number one. It's a safety hazard aside from all else. Most likely it will need a larger main jet, but that still shouldn't be causing this high idle. Runaway idle is usually a slide issue where it's not in the proper groove (EDIT : Forget that one... I wasn't thinking and these carbs don't have that issue), improper cable installation or adjustment, or a vacuum leak. With 10+ years of experience, he should have no trouble with any of those tasks. Get him to recheck the cable and if the carb cap came off at all recheck that too. Have him look for vacuum leaks. Most use either a water mist bottle, an unlit propane torch, or carb cleaner sprayed around potential leaky areas (intake manifold, vac ports, hoses) and watch/listen for a change in engine operation. Water mist is the safest since it's not flammable. You can get jet kits on eBay, Parts For Scooters, JetsRUs, and more. Please have a look at this, as I feel it will be of assistance along your path : www.49ccscoot.com/faq/carbtune.html

The scooter is now fixed, no more Runaway Idle... The bigger main jet was installed as well.. seems like the bike runs a little louder now. Also installed was the alarm and remote start, its pretty cool, I like it. We tried for hours trying to rewire and install the new speedometer with no luck. We got everything working on it but the backlight, its a work in progress. I will have to hire someone else for that job. Also.. We could not install the new rollers and the Round thing the rollers go in. We could not get the bolt off. We tried a few different methods trying to get it off, with no luck. I understand a Impact Wrench should get the job done, but he didnt bring that tool and told me he read an impact wrench can possibly break it? Again, I will need to hire someone else for the job or figure how to do it myself. It was raining last night so I never took it for a spin, but I will tonight. Im really curious how much faster it is now. I'll post pics soon! BTW: The muffler seems to be leaking water? Not alot of water but enough to drip while the scooter is running. Is this another problem? I never noticed this before.
