Hey all- here's an update on this scoot; My buddy doesn't seem to be the scooting type (seems to prefer his bicycle???) and this scoot has pretty much just sat in his garage looking pretty this whole time- save for a few rides out with me. He decided to put it up for sale I had to re-clean out the rusty fuel tank and give a general going over and put up a Craigslist ad for him. As far as I know it's still for sale- I haven't talked to him in almost a week lol. Here's the CL ad: tampa.craigslist.org/psc/mcy/5427821850.htmlIt's a pretty good deal if anyone local is interested. I can vouche and say this is a very well put together and reliable scoot. The Athena 70cc BBK and stock pipe is a nice powerful combo!

How did you change the oil on this bad boy. I just recently bought one and was trying to figure it out. Can't find anything about it online and saw your post. I know this is a long shot seeing as you posted it 7 years ago. But I'm out of options. Hope you reply

It's a two-stroke (2T). You don't do an oil change like a four-stroke (4T). The only oil drain plug you should find is for the gear oil. The 2T oil is injected with the air/fuel mixture. You should have a reservoir somewhere with 2T oil in it. For the Triton and clones, it's probably behind the little access panel below the front of the seat. Keep oil in the reservoir and it should be fine as long as the oil pump is functional and everything's plumbed in (if it weren't then it probably would have seized by now).
