J-N-L Trading in West Columbia is a good shop reasonably priced and are deal with Chinese scooters. I've used them in the past when I had my first scooter and would even hang out and help when they needed it. Just giving anyone who may travel through the area who may need a heads up about them if they have any emergency repairs or service.
