Now Fox that is really discouraging.I had the same thought but as I often accuse others of doing on the internet instead of wanting a real answer I was hoping someone would tell me what I wanted to hear.

ok it may or mar not be what your looking for but the clear needs time to cure out so wait about 2 weeks then you could try and wet sand the parts to make them look better it will not work out perfect but use a soft block to sand as they are on a curve lightly sand then check best if done in a sink sand a little at a time if you see any color coming off dont sand any more stop let it dry use a tack cloth to wipe the piece off and reclear coat it will be the best you'll get unless you sand it all down and start fresh when done painting hang the part up inside some where and leave them hang for two day before you mess with them to give the clear coat a chance to harden up the painter should have never let them parts out with out giving plenty of time for the clear coat to harden up and also part your fault for not protecting you freshly painted parts hope it all works out for you
