With the amount of effort it would require plus the cost IMO you'd be better off to get something universal that is accurate like a Trail Tech Vapor or Koso. Maybe even one of the Chinese made instrument clusters that allow you to set wheel size so the speedo is accurate. You'd need to buy the Vento cluster then go through the wires with a multimeter or diagram and figure out what to splice where. Possibly you'd get lucky and it would plug in and be functional, but I wouldn't bet on it. Mounting it to look original or clean would take some work unless the Vento cluster uses a larger cutout. In that case it may not go so bad. Still would have to figure out mounting points on the rear of the panel the cluster mounts to.

I've got some triton clones and a Eton Beemer and a couple TGB scooters. The Eton and tgb use the same cluster. I got a complete set (handle bars plastic and digital guages from one of the guys for converting the Eton and a set o of used handlebar plastic and used analog guages from another member to fix one of the triton clones. It looks like the plastic and Guage will bolt onto the Eton without changing the bars and it plus in and works other than the tach

Brent is right with the work involved it would probably be cheeper to go with something like the vapor and have it all plus be accurate

Brian there is a single wire coming off that led cluster that you can run to the cool for the tach. That's what I did when I converted from the analog cluster and the tach worked good.

Thanks Dave i knew that i just meant that it plugged in and worked except for the extra wire for the tach that the bike wasn't wired for. Easy conversion but a vapor would be cool Sent from my SPH-L720 using proboards

Thanks so much for the help. Those clusters you recommend, are they direct plug/play replacements? I really want something nice looking that is different from stock.

Pretty much any upgrade/replacement will be somewhat custom unless your scoot happened to have other variations of the cluster and then you may get lucky and find a different look or style that will plug in and fit like stock.

What do you guys do as far as a fuel gauge? I'd really like to have one. Trip odometer. Reset when you fill up. If you know your mileage (just track it on a few rides and fill up at a very safe distance at first) you should be able to keep fuel in it without issue. No fuel gauge on any of my scoots. Just have to remember to be a little conservative and to keep track of fuel economy when you make changes to your setup.
