The "beast " arrived today,its in good condition just a little dirty it also isn't locked up so that's good,I think its the wristpin or the rings went out on it,I haven't opened yet but I'm guessing that could be the issue I'll post my findings here!!!!The shaft that comes out the right of trans is weird shaped,I'm wondering what kind of wheel it will except??

My axle would work with a Minarelli clone 10" wheel.

Oh, no that is different. Scratch the 1E40QMB wheel. You'll need to get a gear set or find a compatible axle/secondary gear.

I'll need support bearings,not sure what size also I'll need a new shaft cause that won't work with on a rim cause its too short plus the shape,most likely came of a sundiro 90 or a yerf dog 90 ATV,if I was too too put this on my Tgb how could I hook the stator up to my factory wiring, I know I would have too cut and splice too make it work I'm torn on what too do should I put the 90 on or put the l.c 70 on I don't know what to do I'll think about it or I'll try the 70cc and if I want a little more I'll fit the 90 on,but I want to get the 90 in order so when its time I can just slap it in something and go!!!

Thanks Brent not even sure what the gear ratio is?? I started looking this morning for a secondary shaft but i am not sure what the gear ratio is now,I need too take trans cover off this weekend and see how many teeth that shaft has and try too find out the final drive ratio!!

The easy option would be to keep your eyes on craigslist for a short case mina powered scoot. That should have the parts you'd need to swap in the gearbox (or at least I had no trouble swapping Polaris 90 gears out and Keeway Venus gears in) and the scoot would accept the engine with no mounting mods or rewiring. Bolt-in. The 90 will also be quite fun with a short wheelbase like most short case scoots have.

Yeah me either thats why I asked what kind of wheel I should get,I'll keep a look out for a short case Mina!!!

It came off a fox go kart that's what the kid told me,I just look too see if there was trans fluid but its bone dry or he drained too ship,I'm wondering if he ran the motor with no trans fluid!!
Trans smells like burnt fluid!!

Ohbuddy wins the prize! Thats a sprocket shaft , for atv use. Let us know how axle swap turns out. There is a dude i know who may have a few of these engines , may have to visit him. If its a easy conversion to splined shaft?

I don't see why not "pimp" should be fairly easy,but in my case the kid that owned the engine used a small screwdriver to try to take vari cover off so there stripped I've got most of them out but there are "3" that's gonna be hard as hell to get out and and "1" bolt the head is egged out so I can't even get nothing on it I'll keep everyone posted
