I found it on partsforscooter.com. do u think it b will give me more power, and what do you know about jetting the carb,and new air filter, will keep it from freezing up.

Single ring pistons reduce friction and are good for high rev engines. Single rings need to be replaced more often and you may lose a little low rev output. If this is a 10,000+ RPM scoot then go for the single ring if you'd like, but for a more typical street/sport build you may want to find a dual ring.

Yeah its an everyday ride so i will go with the dual ring, so what about jetting the carb and aftermarket air filter, when I removed my spark plug it was a grayish color

I prefer a stock or modified stock air box, but if you use an open filter start with a jet about 20-25% larger than what you used with a stock air box.

Yeah its an everyday ride so i will go with the dual ring, so what about jetting the carb and aftermarket air filter, when I removed my spark plug it was a grayish color someone correct me if I'm wrong, but this is the kind of color I look for:

How do i know which way i install my piston. On the bottom of the piston one side is flat and tje other side has like a port or groove on it
