thats about 99 psi, kind of low.
you probably will get more power from that unused cylinder and piston

Is there any way i could go 90km/h with my setup + 17.5 or 19mm carb?

+ stock cylinder

with a pipe, Possibly with some port work and tuning everything else?
80km/hr more likely

My AM6 is tuned for 100kph. It could be tuned for 115kph, but I'd lose its current rideability. So engine power can clearly be increased, but you'll need a cylinder kit with different ports, and an exhaust and fuel/air, to match the porting.

But my engine goes 80 with a sports pipe alone.

Soo, probably best idea for me is to leave this as-is until it dies completely, just with a downside of low compression where i lose my low end power. It goes 85km/h on gps with a 12mm carb, not setup right

In your previous post you said 80.... in your next post you said 85. It's a big difference - around 6.5%, which may require around 10% more power output. Every extra 5kph gets much harder to achieve. .... but for sure you are gonna get more power with a bigger Dellorto carb setup. You certainly can't get much worse than a 12mm Gurtner. Why not go for it.... and have some fun learning to tune it up

So I installed a brand new stock piston and cylinder and immediately i felt the takeoff speed. Everything is ok but the power band has shifted waaay too much on low rpms. So, takeoff is great, just my springs a bit stiff, but as soon as it takes off it doesn't have the "pull" anymore, the acceleration is worse then the sport cylinder. Also i get better acceleration on less than half throttle then on WOT. I think as the power band shifted, i need to get heavier rollers to keep the rpms in the powerband to get bettet acceleration.
What do you guys think?

There is no way of setting this up correctly. I tried all jets from 80-90 with stock filter and it doesnt want to run correctly. All it does is start but only with full throttle and then it wont rev, it only makes like 3k revs on full throttle, and as soon as you let the throttle a bit it stalls

What changed between the last post when it was running pretty well till now when it won't run well?

It works fine with an open filter apart from the 1 sec lag, bit as soon as i install this stock airbox with brand new element it does this it wont rev just like idling on full throttle

To me it sounds like it may be running very rich with the stock filter and a little lean or lean part throttle/needle settings with the open filter.

You stated that you've tested from 80 - 90 main jet, yet it still won't run. Going from airbox filter to 'no filter at all' will be around 4 - 6 points, depending on how accurately you were tuned in the first place. You need to refer back to your previous setup, when you were able to hit 85km/h with a 12mm carb. What exactly have you changed?
