While I have skills wrenching ,machiningg, fabbing etc Upholstry and paint I am hope less.Is there something in the archives I might find some help?Its a 50 VINO Brown cover on ebay couldn't load piC.

I'm also hopeless with paint and upholstery, but at least on my Triton I didn't find removing and installing the seat cover to be terribly difficult. As long as it's made for your scoot's seat, I don't think it will be too bad. Get it centered and so on, stretch and staple your way around. My cover hasn't fell off yet anyway.

Frank, I like to let the material either warm in the sun or use a heat gun to warm it so's that you're sure to get a nice tight stretch on it. Stretch the living crap out of it! My wife laughed at me because I was being so physical stretching and stapling a seat cover on I worked up a good sweat haha. The instructions may or may not have given you the tip to use a plastic bag over the foam so that the material can be more easily manipulated into place...

What kind of material do you use?? I just noticed mine is starting to tear!!! Dang it gona be redoing mine soon

Thanks guys.Anybody seen a truly helpful U-Tube.The couple I saw suggested fabric glue on the foam now Niz really has me worried.It's supposedly an exact factory repro but it comes from Thailand and having been there I only saw one thing they did well.

I helped a buddy do his seat on his elite not too long ago.. lol all i can is use elbow grease and alot of it
