fl doesnt have a helmet law for 50s
i know for motorcycles if your over 21 in fl you just have to have 10 grand in medical coverarge or health ins that doesnt exclude motorcycles

Ive noticed most the common public calls most all retro looking scoots Vespa without even knowing it. Shoot, even some are straight up sold on c-list and shit as Vespa,s when they are not.
Lol, ide try that and get called out and laughed at for sure! My luck someone that is a scooter freak as well would show up and....Never come back!

if i had gotten the actaul vespa that i was looking at last winter it was missing the title i would ahve just pulled the stella plates and put in on that scoot to ride it around
