A lot of parts for Chinese scooters are generic to some degree. Not every part fits every scooter by any means, but if you find a site with pics and sometimes measurements or other specifications you can match things up once you know what engine you have (should be a 1E40QMB two-stroke). The sites on the banners cycling on the forum's main page are good places to start.

as far as the motor just about any minarelli based 2t will work, the most popular is the zuma though.

There are TONS of brands of these. They get made by a few companies and re-branded over and over. CPI, Vento, and Keeway usually have better results if you are searching. They are fairly popular. The main differences you need to watch for on most of these Chinese Minarelli engines and related parts are : Case Length : These engines come in short case and long case versions. More info on that at the link below. You mainly need to know that for replacement engines or seeing how big of a wheel/tire someone else has made fit or something like that. 49ccscoot.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=yamajog&action=display&thread=999Wrist Pin Size : This will be 10mm or 12mm. You only need to know this if you are ordering a big bore kit or replacement cylinder kit or piston kit. To be SURE I usually advise disassembling and measuring the outside diameter of the wrist pin before ordering a kit. It's no fun tearing open that box of shiny new parts and realizing it won't work. I believe you'll find a 12mm pin in your scooter, but I'm not sure. My Keeway Venus uses the 12mm pin. Crankshaft spline diameter : The splines on the side of the crankshaft where the variator rides can be two sizes. 13mm or 16mm. The smaller should have 17 splines, the larger 15 splines. This is important to know if you ever need a new variator, starter clutch, woodruff key, or starter pawl. Crankshaft flywheel taper : As there are 2 different spline sizes and wrist pin sizes, there are 2 different tapers for the flywheel fitment on the crankshaft. I actually don't know the measurements on these off the top of my head, but if you have the larger splines described above, you should have the larger flywheel taper. The large and small denominations of crankshaft properties are often referred to as Jog50 or Jog90 parts. Obviously the smaller ones being 50, larger being 90. There are 50 and 90cc versions on the motors, and only the larger 90cc engines used to receive the beefier cranks. In most cases, if you have the large splines and flywheel taper you will also have a 12mm wrist pin. I do believe there are rare instances where people have found small wrist pin size, but large splines and taper. That's why I say the only way to know for sure is to measure. Clutch / Clutch Bell Diameter : There are different diameters of clutches and clutch bells available for these engines. If you need to replace only the bell or only the clutch, you'll need to measure and find the appropriate match. I know there are 105mm, 107mm, 112mm. I might be missing one. It is possible to replace both parts and have them work. For example, if you currently have a 107mm clutch and bell setup, you can order both a 112mm clutch and bell and they will work together. You cannot put a 112 bell on a 107 clutch etc... Gearbox : Short case and long case engines usually have different gearboxes (final drive transmissions). If you ever need to order a gear set, you will need to know what you have. This won't be an issue for most unless you plan to do some serious tuning and need upgears to reach higher speeds. Stator / CDI connections : Most of the Chinese scoots with teh Minarelli/1E40QMB use the same connector setup, but there are some that don't. For that reason, I advise checking your old parts and comparing to a picture or description of what you are considering buying. I think that would cover most of the powertrain differences. When dealing with body/frame parts and other electrical accessories, you really need to look everything over and compare to your original parts before ordering. You can probably find at least a few scoots of other makes and models that look just like yours, unfortunately I'm not familiar with which ones they are.
