I have only done an engine "rebuild" on a Nitro RC car about 4 years ago. That Piston was just over 1 in in diameter.

Problem is I have 3 other scooters that are down at the moment. I need to sell 1 or 2 of them so I can have the cash. Plus, since this is my ownly working scoot, I don't want to work on it until I have another scoot rideable. I would gone crazy without daily my 2 wheel stress relief drives.

I'm going to take a look at the reeds as well. Need to figure out what all I should get and best price / quality ratio.

I dont know much about 2Ts but I do know I want one. Also BBK+pipe=awesome

I noticed that I have an air leak around my exhaust manifold. Where the muffler bolts onto the engine. So I figure that can't be helping with the compression.

I tightened the bolts down a bit more but can still feel air (feels like its coming from that "seal" area.

replace the gasket or should I post a picture?

This scoot started right up this spring. I rode it a few times and then was out of town for about 4 weeks, went to start it today and all I get is a tick on this electronic box on the right side of the back frame.

Horn and signals work. Battery seems charged but charging it now on the trickle charger.

Battery or .....?
