I've ordered a l.c malossi cylinder with a picture showing that it wasn't but info said it was,but I knew by digging for info that it would work on my morini engine, and it did work

It even gives the stock gear count, like "190" said if that info matches up,then it should work on your s8!!!

If I'm not mistaken mine based on what Kymco said is: 15/46 stock. The malossi was 15/44 So it'd have been: Stock: 3.06 Malossi: 2.93 S6: 3.0 Even if the S6 works, would it be enough of a difference to give me that extra 10mph?

So I looked into the photo I got and the intermediary gear teeth count seems to be between 56-58 THe shaft gear is around 15-16 .
I wonder if Kymco gave me the wrong info/...
did id you guys see thephoto I posted a couple pages back?

Yeah, your stock inter' gear is huge! You'd think the bearing spacing between the primaries would be wide to run that big gear,I see your concern about the puny gears in the ads,,Gotta be somebody on this earth whose "been there-done that"!!

Is that accurate? for somereason the gear box looks a little more rounded than mine and the gear placing is different?
2012 vs 2013 perhaps?

I know that there has too be atleast "1" choice on after market gears,if morini has after market gears I know an s8 should definitely have some!! If the s6 kit comes with new primary shaft why don't you just switch everything out??

Problem is scooter attack listed the s6 and the malossi to fit the s8 , but the malossi clearly is too small, So I'm apprehensive about getting the s6 .

I got another question, I notice that there is oil leaking from where the pipe and the silencer is attached, is this normal or do I need to use a copper gasket?
