Hello all,thanks to all on this forum for the wealth of info within,I,m a dedicated scoot fan and would,nt swap mine for a gold Bentley.There,s been a penny rolling round in my head for years,it fell in the slot last week.As follows Yamah USA and Yamaha Europe import different models (simple I know now).So here,s the deal I ride A Yamaha CS50jogR it,s a popular model over here from 2002 to2005/6 when it changed to a CS50jogRR(addition of the water cooled version).I think it,s similar to your Vinto.Over the last five years i,ve nursed my scoot back to health numerous time,s sometimes niggles,once a huge iron girder falling on it,and a misguided 70cc upgrade(new old engine fix) but I couldn,t have done it without this forum.So if i,m the only CS50jogr go to guy on the forum is it worth me starting a technical thread? or just PM me if you have one and need help.
cheers geoff (all MPH, spanner sizes,weights,cost,s etc will need checking and translating into your chosen tounge)

cheers chaps,It may take me while to find my round the forum but i,ll try to help when i can I,m 55 and deliver parcels for a living,use my scoot to do the 5 mile commute to work just love nipping past the jams and smoking away from the lights(0 to 42mph in 10-12sec)derestricted and a Naraku Traffic exhaust makes for a lovely start to the day.

Well that,s new got round changing my profile, my avatar now shows my daily ride i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh302/turbostang331/smileys/notworthy.gifit still needs a new panel set and the 39.5mph needs to be checked but I,m going to burst into the max speed list soon,if it means losing a bit of bulk then I,ll fast for a week,then again I might just up the tyre pressure cheers geoff |
