The tubes are 30mm. If yours are 28 you might be able to machine the triple tree out if there's enough material?

You'd have to shim them. I know that Stage6 made a triple tree that was 32mm for their 32mm forks. It came with shims in case you had the 30mm forks. So it's possible. An entire front end? I have no idea if it would fit. I'm sure that you'd run into issues, but I doubt they'd be insurmountable. Where there's a will, there's a way!

I had to shim my fork tubes from 31 to 30mm, I'm sure you'd have to do the same. I swapped complete front ends on the 103cc scoot. It took a little creativity with a combo of races and bearings and a spacer but wasn't hard. You'd want to get some length and diameter measurements of the steering tube. Also find out the axel size. My guess is yours is 12mm.

Well I'll have the aerox front wheel so was thinking I will need the triple tree as well?? Or should I just get the tubes and shim them?? I'm swaping to the aerox stuff so it will all match once I build the aerox cases and all just getting an idea of what a challenge the front end will be Thanks guys

You'll have to do one of two things: A) Make shims to account for size difference in fork tubes. B) Have a special brake caliper adapter made. I would think that the shims with Aerox forks would be your best bet because I'm sure that the Paioli Aerox forks are far superior to the ones that you now have. You'll also have many more bolt-on choices for disk and calipers. With your forks you would have to make a new caliper adapter every time you wanted to change to a different size disk or brake caliper. To me it makes perfect sense to get the Aerox forks. BTW, if you go with the Aerox forks, you need to get the Aerox axle. At least that's the case with the Zuma's... Pictures are so that you can see how easy it should be to make the shims.

You can fit aerox triple tree to your frame, but only from the earlier models. Earlier models have the shaft of the same diameter on top and bottom, and newer models have a thinner top part. will fit: wont fit You will need aerox races and bearings, and if I remember correctly the handlebar support needs to be modified a bit. I can dig out more info if you need.

Thanks flip/spaz for the info/pics but after looking around I think I will just make shims. For the aerox shocks/tubes...it will me cheaper and ezier for me!! Thanks again guys... Great idea

Also the reason I want the front end is because of the bigger rotors and badass brake calipers I can now get!!! If Ima drive the speeds that I can I certainly need to be able o stop this beast!!!!

That's what I did. I got a set from England in rough shape for fairly cheap and totally rebuilt them. They looked brand new when I sold them.
