i would buy jets from 65 to 75.Start with the 75 and work your way down. That's using the stock airbox.Have you looked for unusual restrictions? Like a small bird.

Acting so unusually rich with stock jetting makes me think the issue originated elsewhere. Leaking vacuum petcock diaphragm (drawing raw fuel thru the vacuum line), leaky/fuel-logged float or leaky needle/seat, for example.

Actually I took front cover off air box and took foam filter out , it still bogs down bad. I did bypass fuel valve with straight fuel line from fuel tank to carb. But like I said if I unhook at the back of carb it runs good. About 30 mph Mabey a little faster. I also took carb off my other brand new scooter and it does same thing, the only reason I figured out it would run good unhooked at back of carb is because I forgot to hook it back up one time lol

I think scrappy dogs only sells down to 75 jet. I could be wrong. Any where else you know I can get jets that go that low?

Alright now I'm confused, when I took air cleaner off at carb it runs good, when I took both restrictions off air box the little tunnel and the tube on the outside it ran bad bogged down.so I put restrictor back in air box ,but left off the tube on outside, now it run almost good, has some hesitation and a little bit off holding back feel at full throttle, I think down jetting 1 size as you guys suggested might do it. But what I can't understand is why taking out restrictor inside box made it run bad but unhooking it at carb makes it run good. I don't get it. Can I get any info about that

Some scoots like having a reserve of air tobdraw from. Tube length from air box to Carb can have a strange effect on performance. I run an emgo uni and a #86 on my cy50-a sport. It runs great now but had a similar issue to yours when I was running stock.

Thanks kaggetenshi that makes sence, I think I'm gonna try first to downsize my jet to 75 when I can order them. If that doesn't do anything I'm gonna try an drill a hole as fox suggested just to see if a little more air commin in at top of air box will help. One step at a time and check spark plug each time and try to see what's happening.

Hey guys figured it out, now is fixed. Finally! . Like I was sayin I put the restrictor back in the air box but left of the tube on the outside, it ran pretty good ,but it hesitated some on take off and when it was full throttle it seem to be holding back some. So I drilled a small 1/4 inch hole in the airbox to give a little more air but it didn't help. Then I drilled another one and that made it run really bad. Now I was getting very confused cause I'm lettin more air in and it's not workin. So I plugged holes up with grommets and took it for a 3mile run and I noticed it was hesitating some going up a small incline hill. So I pulled spark plug and it looked nice and brownish but white on the prong. So I wondered if I was not getting enough full under up hill load. Pulled out needle diagram , put in a small o-ring and took it for a spin . Ran a little better on the flat and up hill. So I figured I would try and put the tube back on the airbox just to see what happens and waalaa fixed! It don't figure. Lol any way thanks everyone for your help I appreciate it.

So, you put an o-ring around the main jet needle?

I'm assuming it lifted the needle to richen the 1/2 to WOT setting the same as moving the clip down on an adjustable needle would've done...

Yes the o- ring raised the needle to richer the mixture,
