They sell electric limiters for scoots here. Was thinking of getting one, at one point. When the ignition is turned off, it automatically arms itself.

Ya, that's ridiculous. These things are already dangerously slow as it is. On my modded 49 4t I blow by regulars on scoots like they are riding a bike. I feel sorry for them going that slow as i'm staying up with traffic but they are getting nearly ran off the road by the cars i'm following. I think they need to revamp the whole scooter industry here as they are getting more and more popular. State laws on speed vary too much and cops really don't like them to begin with. (scooter trash) in their eyes. Really been thinking about just registering it as a motorcycle so I can ride on 40mph roads legally. Really get tired of having to backtrack all around town just to avoid getting pulled over.
