I have the baby version of this for my work truck. There nice little vans. Looks just like its big brother Over here about eight out of ten vans you are Transit vans. Till the new version came out last year the big van used to be made about 30 miles down the road from me. Think they are made in Turkey now.

Just under 3 years later I’m having a love hate relationship with this van. Fuel economy, power and storage is great but that’s about where it ends... I’ve had a drive shaft coupler replaced for a warranty issue, 2 sets of rear brakes/rotors, front pads/rotors just got replaced causing a hill assist/abs issue, fuel pump replaced. Last week plugs and #3 coil were replaced for a slight miss fire. Friday 1000 miles later everything was good until 2 miles from home where it wouldn’t take more then 1/4 throttle before a severe miss fire. To the point it would just go into limp mode and not move. I’ll deal with that Monday I won’t be able to drive it. Pulled and cleaned all the sensors in the intake tract. They are all coated in oil. This eco boost motor seems to have blowby issues looking on line. People drill holes in the intercooler to drain the oil out. Seems like a lot of issues at just over 60k miles. Got to love your FORD. Blowby much...

If I make it to the shop in the morning it’ll be coil pack number 4, #3 was 2 weeks ago, 80k miles only 2 original coils left. Add another driveshaft coupler to the list and front wheel bearings. Glad I don’t have to pay the repair bills.
