;D Panels arrived :itshere: I've got some painting and de-stickering to finish up, then she'll be back on the road again I'm going for a more subtle look, rather than the garish boy racer stickers it comes with. Tasteful is the name of the game

I've been told my SA bits will arrive Monday. I'm still working on the painting, I'm a bit of a perfectionist :paranoid: .
I'll be :riding: again soon ;D

I've stripped back and resprayed one of the panels, I wasn't happy with the overall finish. Just waiting on the 5 coats of primer to dry.

Primer dried and flatted back, it's had it's first coat of Piaggio ''Rosso Dragon'' paint at £14 a can. The cans are good though, they have a linear spray like a proper spray gun. It's nice and sunny here (yay!) so the panels are sunbathing for 30mins between coats.

This is Velo's sig over on scooterforum.net
''If you desire special power levels and/or race engineered motors for endurance, high stress or Vmax type events, please keep in mind that the laws of physics and thermodynamics apply. The candle that is twice as bright, only burns half the time.''
How true!

It's cool that at least you can get matched paint for the Piaggio. That's sure something you won't find with China scoots.

Nope, but you can just replace them 4 coats of paint applied, it's drying and will be flatted back and lacquered this evening.

Never fear, I took a pic first The reed block mod made a noticeable difference, it pulls much stronger after 11k now. Attachments:

Thanks! ;D She's a beauty. Looks nice to ride in the cold with the large front fairing. I'm really quite jealous of those wheels.

Thanks! ;D She's a beauty. Looks nice to ride in the cold with the large front fairing. I'm really quite jealous of those wheels. It's that big because it's got a whacking great big rad in it In other news, the mudguard, despite being welded back on, snapped back off further up the mount. I reckon the welding annealed it. I've just shelled out £189 for a new set of forks. Least they're better quality than the originals! Thanks 2stroked
