Thanks. Very quick scoots there. Those runners are sexy. Gotta love the Italjets in that album too. You guys have good taste in scoots.

Sweet! What's the actual port size?

Good question. 44mm, IIRC.

I thought 30mm on the T1 pipe was huge.

It's the same diameter as my two exhaust ports combined, which is generally how the size is decided. This should be interesting

Oh yes it does John ;D. Don't worry, it'll be back off tomorrow for paint. The bracket design is rather complicated, which wasn't helped by the lack of instructions Once I had it worked out I was happy, as it allows me to remove the exhaust and leave the bracket and bushes behind by removing just two short allen bolts. Some rather poor pics to follow (it's dark out there) It's also worth noting that it's significantly lighter than the C16. Now, the interesting bit - test ride report ;D I nearly fell off pulling out of my driveway when it unexpectedly lifted up It then pulled all the way to 13k, not even WOT. It does go like the clappers :burnout: There's some loss of power below 7k (or even less power, depends on how you want to look at it), so it needs the clutch adjusting and some slightly lighter rollers. There's still a stumble in the same place, I suspect ignition, but can't test as I don't have a spare CDI that works. I'll have to order one. I've also fitted a new CHT sensor, as mine was stuck at half mast and replaced the spark plug (in vain) attempting to sort out the ignition problems. Just imagine, what will this be like with flowed cases and a ported cylinder
