Looks even cooler now that heat has done it's thing a little. I'm surprised there's no rubber on that mudflap with all this newfound power. ;D

John, if you need a higher res just ask. I've coated the expansion chamber in oil in the hope of being able to keep the pretty heat coloring

Wow. I've never seen a stinger color up like that. It's backing up some serious heat.

Wow. I've never seen a stinger color up like that. It's backing up some serious heat. It's got quite a small stinger diameter, 20mm. Doesn't seem to impact performance though ;D

Thanks Luke! The 2stroke street bike guys use Mop-N-Glo floor polish on their pipes(3 coats),also heard Mcquire's #8 mold release wax does the same, lasts about a year...

Thanks for the tip John. I'll be taking it off again on the weekend to get to my flywheel, I shall measure it correctly then.

Small update. A new static CDI and some rollers came in, CDI made things worse under acceleration and no difference to the top end. Rollers helped though, I gained 4mph up my test hill. I've now got 3.7g rollers in it, and I'm still not hitting full revs The pipe should be coming off tomorrow, John.

Cleans up very nice!
Some kinda textured black or dark gray would look good IMO. Im sure whatever you decide will look sweet man. Nice ride :thumb:

I should have said, the paint is just starting to flake. It's been suggested I paint it black with the indentations outlined, like this
