You didn't mention any cvt mods other than the belt. You may be able to get more out of it by changing roller weights or changing the contra spring. This is mostly trial and error but you should be able to tune to meet your particular needs.

I'd prob skip the store bought ignition mods and just mod the pickup coil to get a few degrees of advance. Then try a performance variator or camshaft. www.youtube.com/watch?v=p63JXW29tVo

Such As a bigger carb would like to get a blue print from someone that has a kick Ass 80cc package

You can get a carb and buy all sorts of "racing" ignition parts if you'd like, we're just trying to point you toward things that have a better success rate. I would say if you have a sealed carb and have not tuned it though, then a carb and main jet kit should be the next choice along with CVT tuning stuff (clutch springs, rollers/sliders). I was assuming that had been done with the speeds posted though.

I have not yet gotten in to the trans of yet still running the stock weights and variator and gear ratio, i did however upgrade to the high performance belt Have spent about $350 between the 80 cc upgrade and exhaust
Going to do some scientific testing on what I have now 0-30, top speed Stuff like that and add one thing at a time to get accurate data

...Was going to go for the ignition next, orange box CDI, coil Wire and plug kit .... Just paint them orange, its just as good as what you can buy. Carb, cam, tranny kit (no... not women's fashion...) would be some nice stuff to follow up on your BBK.

I would recommend upgrading the carburetor and then doing a little experimenting with jets to find the optimum for your engine. You are probably running very lean if you have a stock carb intended for a 50cc engine on an 80cc bore. You'll likely get a little bit more power if you keep the engine fed.
