Purchased 5/11/16 2011 Ford Ranger Sport ext. cab 4 door 4.0l automatic 2wd. Got a killer deal on it. Rode my HD 200 138 miles to Dover, Arkansas and hauled the scoot back in the truck to make the purchase.

Bought this '86 245DL on Wednesday. Asking was $975, scored it for $200 because the hood was stuck shut, rust, and so on. Got it open and it looks pretty good, minus the destroyed hood hinges. Got it registered yesterday and I love it. AC, overdrive, odometer, temp gauge, third brake light, license plate light, rear dome light, right speaker, rear driver's side door, and so on are all broken. Also the radio ate my Bluetooth cassette. It's a little 4 cylinder 4 speed but it's fun. I've been working on fixing and cleaning it up. Today I fixed the rear wiper and cleaned all the windows.

I got a truck finally. Now I can do more scooter and motorcycle stuff (track days) and have a 2nd cage so I can kick my nitrous accord build into high gear!! It needs a new speed sensor and a rear window sliding glass thing and few maintenance things like shocks and tires. Eventually I will lower it and put a chevy LS motor in it

I agree, it is the wrong place for an LS, that Hilux is begging for a 1UZ! Preferably with an M90 strapped on top...

No way man. LT1 with LS2 heads and Z06 cam, T56 trans is the plan. Just a downright nasty hooligan truck.

I have a fine cigar addiction. I'm not saying anymore. You're allowed to have Cuban now, aren't you? Not yet, not legally anyway, but I think its coming soon. Unless you want a pre ban Cuban from 1962 or earlier. Around $100 a stick and way up, those are legal, from before the embargo and many still exist, lots of counterfeits too. I can get embargo Cubans illegally though, but I don't see the point for what it costs. There are cigars that give the Cubans a serious run for their money for way less cash. I enjoyed a real Cuban in Mexico once, I think it was $20 a stick but was at a reputable Cuban retailer and was most defiantly legit. Good cigars no doubt, but not worth the hype. When they fully lift the trade embargo Cubans here in the US with be sky high and in demand, until the fad dies out and everyone sees just because they have been forbidden for so long, they aren't really all that magical. Give me a nice Arturo Fuente, Rocky Patel, Aging Room, Oliva, or an Ashton to name a few of my fravorites. By the box they run $3 - $12 a stick and no risk of seizure. My problems is I like to collect things, lots of things.

Yes, there are too many good cigars oot now. I think Nicaragua, and Dominican Republic may be even better than Cubans...
Oh, and you need a quality humidor for all the good stick candies... heh
