Am I the only one here that drives a 49cc? Y'all are building them up to 80's and 100's so fast I think we need to take a moment and recognize the stock engines that have been transporting my excessive weight for some time now so... KUDOS TO YOU 49CC SCOOTS. THAT'S OUR CLUB NAME.  :rofl: |

lol You're probably in the minority here. All 3 of mine are about double your displacement. I rode a 49cc for a while, then I discovered the joy of a BBK and it was all over.  I wish I could be happy with a stock 49cc again, the mileage would be nice and I'd save a lot o parts! BTW, your "excessive weight" doesn't look that excessive to me. I was up to 307lbs about 3 weeks ago. Now I've gone back to trying to eat like a normal human being and I'm down to 288 so far. Still quite excessive, but better. lol I like to tell the smaller folks to try putting another person on there so you equal my weight, and then see how that bad boy performs. |

Funny enough i am one of the ones that still have and ride a bone stock fiddy! It's my grocery getter and i pull it out for our scoot club city rides. Now that i have the big bike it's the 150 that kind of lost it's role in my riding plan. Not going to upgrade "Milo" cous he is already too fast for his breaks. LOL  49s represent! |

My agility is a 49cc... even tho its a 4t :no: ... Great city scoot..
I need some speed for my long ass ride to town, hence the build. :riding:

Well thank you for letting me know I'm not the only one that drives a true 49cc scoot. It's fast enough for me. I'm not in a hurry anymore unless you owe me money. ;D BTW, that pic isn't me. I found it on the web. I think that guys arm represents a 49cc quite well. LOL |

I think i am the only one in this area trying a biuld... i dont ever see any modded scoots here.(unless you count "briton bees", they do mopeds). (bunch of a holes...) basically told me to buzz off cuz i rode a scooter.("we are mopeds, you ride a scooter","so no, you cant ride with us on sat. afternoons") quote,unquote
I did have my stock ZX engine hitting 50 tho before this build on it. ;D I'll probably keep the guilty 49cc :stumped:
