Ok thanks katastroff..how do i gett my rpm to my powerband then.. If not with roller weights..
As concerning of the whining.. Is it normal that my bearing 6203 just slides in to its position on the clutch without any ressistance?? Because i remmember now that on my old shaft i had to freezze the shaft before puting a bearing on.. On this new one it just slides without any effort..

That's not normal. I have 2 primary driveshafts like that. You may get lucky and it's the bearing, but mine are both the shaft that's worn. They can be shimmed, but it's not fun at all IMO. 49ccscoot.proboards.com/post/164531/thread

I'm not sure. I use steel shim stock. If you get it tight enough for a good interference fit, it's probably going to be a real pain to work with. The shim stock makes me curse everything sometimes. You may get lucky and something like Loctite 603 (not regular blue/red Loctite) would work.

I went and bought a 2007 benelli x49 engine block with crankshaft and transmission gears.. 2168miles on it.. For 100euros.. Now its time to swap the variator, clutch, cylinder/piston and the stator/flywheel..
Is there a way of getting the flywheel off without a flywheel puller?

Is there a way of getting the flywheel off without a flywheel puller? Some people use other kinds of pullers, like steering wheel pullers or jaw pullers. Where do you get shim stock sir?! I bought it from McMaster-Carr.

I use a regular cheap puller from autozone!!! On my inner rotor anyway don't think it will work on a stock flywheel.. What do your flywheel threads measure? I have a puller made for s stock 27mm thread flywheel if it will help you.... Thanks Gt90!!

I do flywheels with a rubber hammer. Just knock it around and in different directions. Worked on a Booster that has been sitting in a shed for 6 years, nuff said.

Here i am.. rocking like a hurricane.. :-) Hehe.. I did it guys i switched everything to the benelli case and its superb.. Think i got a little more power than on the old keeway matrix case.. I think its down to the shaft seals not doing their job properly.. I mean the acceleration is a blast on this butt the top end is the same as on de old case.. 40mph.. Everything derestricted with next r on it

Please someone correct me if im wrong.. When i open the throttle all the way.. My inital rpm gets to 8600.. And then it drops down to about 7200 and gets slowly to 7800-8000.. Does this mean i need a stiffer contra/counter spring?

A stiffer contra spring should help. It should slow down the quick increase in rpms to a gradual increase in rpms.
