Hey everyone I'm new here and would like to start of with I have a very rare muscle disorder called Mcardles type 5 and can't do to much physical activities. I want to get into scooter as a hobby/transportation since I don't have much money and have many things to do around where I live and stumbled upon two scooters. Both taotao but I want to know which one is more worth it? I will probably later on install a BBK nothing crazy but 47mm. What do you guys think is better? Let me know cheers.

 Don't mind me. I just realized it's right in the thread title. The Thunder should be the nicer of the two. They seem to get better reviews than the ATM50. They come stock with LED turn signals and brake/tail lights. They have 12" wheels instead of 10". 10" are fun around town because it's so responsive. 12" feel more stable at speed and ride a little smoother. |

 I had the thunder.had to sele it needed cash.but its a good scooter.I but a bbk on and it was pretty fast.only problems I had was with the carb got a new one and it ran great.good gas milage around 100 mi.if you stay out of it.the 12" tires were nice to handled the road good.suspend was kind of hard but all in all a nice scoot I don't like the head light to dim at nit for me.good luck with witch ever one you choose |

Watch Brents vids and even if its used I'd do a good pdi on it go thu every thing make sure all nuts and bolts are tight and use loc-tit on every thing.and the electe to. do some upgrades and it should be fine.good luck and post some pic with the one you get.

Definitely I'm waiting to be paid for something that happened and hopefully next month I can get a ruckus or at least a ruckus clone. Ya I'm looking at a rockus clone myself.you got a place or web sit you were going to get the rockus clone at? Iv only found 2 web sits that sales them and one is out of stock.
