Would low compression stop the reeds from making the vaccum for the fuel? Get lots of fuel suckin on the vaccum line itself, but when installed, seems to go dry, but some dam how it still soaks plugs Pointless either way im sure, since both testers show low compression anyhow

If it's low enough that the reeds can't even respond to the pressure, wow. I don't really know, but I'd think that would take next to no pressure in the crankcase. The reeds can not seal and let too much fuel pass through, I've had that happen. Maybe just a routing issue with the fuel lines that keeps them from being completely full all the time? If it's soaking plugs there's gotta be some getting through there.
