Not my cup of tea. I like shiny. Looks like he was covering a lot of imperfections with the flat black paint.

I think the thing that caught my attention was the tires, I wouldn't do it on that type of scooter but maybe one of these  always liked these type of scooters antique look to them. |

Oh and I should say I was talking about the tires and rims. The matte black looks to suspicious especially here in Florida I'd be stopped every time a cop sees me.

If he were to paint the rest of the scooter red and white to match the wheels it might be ok. But as is I have to agree with Fox, fugly. Even if he were to paint it I still wouldn't be really digging it. The old scooter white wall look just doesn't look right with the high tech body style.
Those wheels and tires would look nice on a classic or ruckus style scooter though.
