To be honest a 100cc 2 fast motor would probably be to much for any kind of daily riding. They’re so front end light, any kind of on throttle cornering would be sketchy as a mofo. Mine has a MXS 70 Race and R1400 pipe and it will wheely at will. I agree if I end up doing one it will be for race days and weekend screamer lol nice to have a scooter for all occasions lol

They look like the bee wee wheels 10in with 2 inch wall rubber so there 12 in realy but I was thinking of putting aerox forks and shock back and front wheels to make it a 13in wheeled more top end seems to look like it would all work I'll try and let u know Aerox forks bolt straight in. There are two different sizes. So make sure you order the right one. Screenshot_2018-02-19-10-24-01 by aeroxpaul, on Flickr Excellent I thought they would the bee wee has shorter back shock and front forks look shorter but till there next to each other, they look diffrent lengths I'm going to change front breaks on bee wee to aerox brembo might even put a 220mm front disk I have a 57mm bbk for bee wee same as race aerox but not going to stroke leave stock crank lol

What an absolute nightmare of job, but I finally got my camshaft installed on my car. I went with the Texas Speed “Bald Eagle Boost” cam as my car also has a ProCharger. I may have removed half of the skin on my hands and forearms, but it was totally worth it! The plan is to get it dyno tuned in the next couple weeks. Crank up the volume boys!

It's amazing to see the progression of this thread from TPR > Bidalot > Stage6
I have an Aerox in Australia, and there is virtualy 0, actually I take that back - there IS 0 scooter tuning scene here (even scooters themselves really, people ride them for transport, but don't really do mods to them)
So, the only way I can get parts for my bike, is order them from places like Maxiscoot and Brixiamoto and pay the substatial shipping fees and Aussie Dollar to Euro conversion fees, and at $1 Euro to $1.62 AUD - you work it out...
I have a generic chinese 70 cylinder on my bike at the moment, as well as a 17mm carby and the Leo Vince TT pipe that was on the bike when I bought it (crappy I know, but I had to get the bike relicensed and I had to keep it looking as stock as possible as the bike needs to be inspected before they will issue a new license.)
I have a Gundg Scootershop midrace cast iron 70 kit waiting to go on it soon , as well as a PHBG 21 Dellorto, an SCR Corse handmade 70 pipe, Stage6 reeds, Top Performances ignition etc. Should be good for 12 - 15 hp.
I have decided if and when I go to a midrace 86 - 100cc setup, that I will go for the MXS 90 cylinder. As the prices are only about 60 - 80 euro for the cylinder , pipe and crank more than the kits I was originally looking at (Airsal, Barikit etc) and itjust makes that much better power, plus there are plentiful spares available like pistons and bare cylinders should I ever need to replace them, whereas with the other kits , you have a seize - it's buy another complete cylinder time. Plus as alot of people are running them, they are a known quantity - so there is lots of knowledge around for them too and they make a guaranteed 28 - 30hp with the recommend parts, so they make a good 5 or more hp than the other cheaper kits.
Hey, I would love to run a Roost Havoc 90 cylinder with that beautiful half moon elliptical divided exhaust port, but they cost a ton more, Would be too peaky for street use and I don't know if they are even being made anymore? The make great power and even more if you get them ported by someone like HK etc. The MXS (and others like stage6 RT 95, Malossi and Polinis own 77 - 96cc kits and the 2 I mentioned before etc) is probably the peakiest cylinder I would want to run on the streets.
Seeing threads like this lets me know that people haven't given up on these bikes yet and keep me motivated to hurry up and get mine up to scratch (well the actual barrier is $, and to a lesser extent, time) But I am not going to give up, and I will never sell the bike,I have other bikes and cars in my collection which will come and go, but the Aerox has a permanent home. Actually I have been thinking about buying a second Aerox and putting a milder 70cc setup in it for riding around town and having the 2nd one as an all out hyper race bike and if something breaks on it and I am waiting for parts, well I still have the other bike to get around town with.
Keep the good stuff coming guys! Respect!!

Well I’m sad to say but I sold my scoot. With two young kids and my Trans Am the scooter got next to no use anymore. I decided to sell the bike and use the money to pay some bills etc etc. Lol, ya right I’m gonna blow all that money on the T/A !!👌 I just want to thank all you guys that helped make the old Black Pearl what it was. It never would of been possible without your help. Thanks 🙏

Putting a sidecar on each side for the family and selling the T/A instead wasn't even considered? You should have came here first so we could help with sensible solutions like that.
Seriously though, sorry to see you part with such a sweet scoot. Hopefully someone gets to enjoy it though.

Still no scooter but I’m getting the itch to find something. I miss the 95cc, I never should of sold it. BIG changes coming for my T/A in the next week or so. I’ve been wanting to do this since the day I bought it. I’ll post up a couple pics when it’s done.

Pig is getting the Itch too get back on the speed list . I won’t be getting anywhere near the top of that list, but I’ve definitely got a 70mph motor in box’s. I’d just like a nice air cooled C16 set up again. That’s about the best all around build I ever had. 21mm dell, Athena evo, C16, and an overrange trans. 👌

Would love to see you do another build like that PIG. That exact setup is one of the best and fastest street setups ever if you ask me. They've already proven themselves in the early 00's here in Europe. All the kids with the fast bikes had them. Cylinder wise the P.Corsa (on a minarelli) was on the same level tho. Athena is better in my opinion because of price level and materials used (obsolete cast iron liner vs alu/nicasyl liner).

Beautiful bird. You should drive it all the way down to Ocean City, MD this weekend for the car show.
