What kinda carb is it?? I may have some jets.. I do have a Ben full of random jets It's a 12mm Dellorto so it takes the 6mm jets |

You don't really think about people drilling the jets out. Good job you found it otherwise it would of been hard to diagnose the poor running.

thanks for the info trying not to spend to much more on it. I have an old fork assembly from an 08 that I will take some measurements from and see what needs to be done. I don't like the front drum brake

Not a big fan of painting pipes, but this one looked so bad that it had to be done. I wonder how long the high temp paint will last? Hopefully a good while.  |

Got a little more done today. 3 coats of white instead of red because the panels are in such bad shape that they'll never look right. It needs all new one's that will just have to come later. The flaws will show less with the white paint me thinks. Anyway, did three coats today and will sand them down tomorrow and then shoot them with clear coat. So here's a little look see...     |

You'll have that thing looking sharp in no time flat. Looking around down here in Mexico, the market is dominated by Italika now days. No BWS 100's to be found, so far...
