By the looks of that rear tire, U fellas must run 'em hard over there! Nice upgrade to the Aerox! Although the Malaguti wasn't too shabby to begin with  As 90GTVert mentioned, you can get away with no head gasket and just use copper spray if your squish clearance is ok. Might even gain some performance! |

Although the Malaguti wasn't too shabby to begin with As 90GTVert mentioned, you can get away with no head gasket and just use copper spray if your squish clearance is ok. Might even gain some performance! To be honest, that 100cc engine was in absolutely horrible condition. The crankcases had a bunch of cracks and damaged threads. The exhaust was from a 4T 139QMB scooter, but modified to fit the aerox. The kickstart was broken ( Actually the engine cover that holds the kickstarter had some pieces broken out, it happens a lot on these 100cc engines, because the compression is larger) I tried to start it many times, but couldn't. I didn't take a look on the crank , so maybe it's bearings were in need of changing. So, if anyone needs any parts from a 100cc Aerox, I'll give them away for the price of shipping. I bought a Piaggio engine cheaper than it would be to buy a new cylinder kit for the 100cc, the engine mounting and subframe has to be modified to put in the new engine, that's why it's in a workshop. Oh and it's not going to be stock either. |

proarturs Does the 100cc aerox engine have rear disk brake? I may be very interested in it! Unfortunately, the 100cc Aerox is the only Aerox with a drum brake and Air cooling, so the answer is no  |

We can't get Aerox over here so always looking to import what we can. Someone would love that 100cc Aerox to fiddle with! |

Malossi Multivar variator ( It's exactly the same as a clone minarelli variator )
Malossi belt
Malossi reed valve
CDI
Rear wheel
Ignition coil and magnet
100cc Cylinder with piston
Will give away for very good prices or just the price of shipping alone.
