When I was a kid nobody over here did Halloween. Never been trick or treating,  Quite a big thing here for kids now. |

Halloween is my favorite time. I love evil stuff. I haven't trick or treated for many years, but from 16 till near 30 I decorated the house and setup up strobe lights and hooked our outside flood lights up so they'd correspond with loud sounds and music. Used to have a group of friends with masks scaring kids. Even broke out a chainsaw with no chain. We live outside of town so no one ever trick or treats, but I'd set up signs saying "Trick Or Treaters Welcome" about 2-3 weeks early and the people that did come out came back each year. Prob only had under 40 kids max any year, but for being where we are that's a lot. The last year some kid dumped the entire tray of candy into his bag and hauled ass back to his parents' van. It was expensive for just a 1 night deal anyway and that sorta ruined it for me too. I wanted to put the chain on the saw for him. lol
