no start must for noob mechanics

Hey im a noob and this seems to be a common issue. If ur acooter doesnt srtart. beit alowly over time or all of a sudden. Do this.
1) replace vac line inlet-fuel petcock
2) delete vac line on otherside of inlet

Delete all the items & buy all the parts you like, Valve Adjustments are THEE must do thing on a Chinese scooter. When they tighten up and are holding the valves open, it wont start no matter what you do.
